how to edit a picture using a pc

                                                this is one of my art work using pc :))
i use .psykopaint to edit a vintage picture that i found in google .u can get psykopaint at http://www.psykopaint.com/painter.html.they offer some awsome effects but sadly  u must pay for some of the effect  ;(((((
