frm 43kg to 40 kg ( i weight so little due to my height
i was like,is this real ?

in conclusion ,i therefore realize a few kind of food tht made me fat drg school days .
1.fried food (nuggets, fries ,etcc)yummy !the food tht i usually consume drg school breaks
2.oily food
3.too much of ice cream
4.too much of rice
5. chocolate
6.sweet /candy
7.cheese
food tht would turn someone slim
1.green tea
2.oats
